All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars ($).

✿ SHIPPING

Untracked Letter Mail (for stickers & prints only)

Domestic (USA) - $1.00 (3-5 business days)
International - $2.50 (varies, but usually up to 4 weeks)

Tracked Packages (non-flat items)

Domestic (USA) - $4.00 - $10.00 (3-5 business days)
International - $12.00 - $30.00 (varies, usually up to 4 weeks)

Shipping fees are based on size & weight and set by USPS. Unfortunately, prices are out of my control. To offset some of the cost, any orders where shipping exceeds $17 will include extra freebies:

    • a roll of washi tape (chosen at random),
    • a charm (chosen at random),
    • sticky notes (as long as supplies last)

Unfortunately, USPS is currently not shipping to certain countries.

Afghanistan, Belarus, Bhutan, Brunei, Chad, Cuba, Laos, Libya, Mongolia, Papua New Guinea, Russia, Samoa, Solomon Islands, South Sudan, Syria, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, Yemen

Please keep in mind that with the current COVID-19 pandemic, delivery times may be delayed for several weeks or more. I am not responsible for any delays or lost items during shipment.

✿ PIN GRADING

Pins are graded as Standard or Seconds.

  • Standard Pins
    • As enamel pins are handmade, I can't guarantee perfection, but Standard pins are the highest quality offered
    • May have very minor imperfections such as light scruffs, scratches, smudges, buff marks, etc.
  • Seconds Pins
    • Slightly more noticeable flaws but still great for everyday use!
    • Flaws vary with each pin, but may include visible scruffs, scratches, marks, discoloration, etc.

✿ EU/UK

Orders going to the UK/EU may be held at customs until any import taxes are covered. I am not responsible for this charge, and kindly ask that you the taxes and fees for your specific country.

✿ RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns or exchanges are not accepted, but feel free to contact me if there are any issues regarding your order. 

✿ PROCESSING TIME

Please allow up to 7 days for processing, as I am just one person. Thank you for understanding! :)

✿ REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS

As long as your package has not been shipped, I am happy to issue a refund for you. Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed.

✿ MISSING ORDERS

Once your package is dropped off at USPS, it is unfortunately out of my hands. Please contact USPS or your country's mail service with your tracking number so that they can provide some assistance.

If your order has been returned to me, please check to make sure that you have provided a correct deliverable address. For Tracked Mail, I am happy to re-send your package. However, you must cover the shipping fee. In any case, please feel free to contact me if you need assistance!
